What is a Lab Partners membership?

A Lab Partners membership is a way to support Radiolab and gain access to exclusive online benefits. There are two Lab Partners membership levels: $75 and $365.

The $75 level includes:

Monthly video postcards from Radiolab - Short video dispatches that give you a peek into some of the places, people, ideas, and stories that catch our ears and eyes.

Downloadable posters - Four times a year, well post a beautiful piece of hi-res digital art inspired by a Radiolab story.

Ringtones - Each month, we'll feature a new Radiolab ringtone you can stick on your phone... or use to jazz up your desktop.

DIY stickers - Design your own Radiolab stickers by mix-and-matching bits of Radiolab-inspired art, then print up your creations on sticker paper and spread some mayhem.

Online Editorial Chat - Once a year, youll be invited to join an exclusive online chat with Radiolab hosts and producers to discuss the upcoming year of Radiolab, and ask questions about how the show is made.

How does the Lab Partners membership work?

Once you become a Lab Partner, you will receive a card in the mail with a unique access code. Then, you can use your unique access code to log in at radiolab.org/labpartners and check out all the available benefits.

How often are the member extras updated?

At least once a month. The benefits are regularly updated at radiolab.org/labpartners, so keep an eye on the listings to see the new additions. We also recommend signing up for the Radiolab e-newsletter so we can let you know when new stuff is available.

Why should I become a Lab Partner?

Becoming a Lab Partner will give you access to exclusive Radiolab content and downloadable loot - and your contribution will help us make more Radiolab, and keep the podcast free to download.

How long is the membership valid?

Your membership, and the access code on your Lab Partners card, is valid for one year.

How do I sign up?

You can become a Lab Partner with an online contribution or call Radiolab’s pledge hotline at 888-376-9692.

If I become a Lab Partner, how long will it take for my card to arrive?

Generally – allowing time for processing and shipping – it takes about four to six weeks for your Lab Partners card to arrive. As soon as you get your card, you can start enjoying your Lab Partners benefits.

Can I get updates on Lab Partners benefits by telephone?

No, this is an online benefit only. For the latest listing of Lab Partners benefits, check back here every month. Your unique access code for viewing these benefits is printed on your Lab Partners card.

What if I lose my Lab Partners card?
