Ancestor Seen Walking the City

Tuesday, March 26, 2013 - 06:09 PM

On-the-street sources say what appears to be our hypothetical common ancestor was seen trying to get a passport this morning.

Unfortunately, it turns out you can't get a passport without a name. We're waiting for our next sighting, but in the meantime, help the critter get away to spring break -- Cancun, reports Facebook -- by voting in the second-to-last round of March Mammal Madness.

Reporters note: The creature had no comment on preferred name -- by the time we arrived at the scene, the common ancestor was hailing a cab.

I concur with TakeMeAway regarding Furst and not at all regarding Nova.
What is it with Nova? Every 4th pet is called something like that.

I submit another vote, this time only for names suggested by Radiolabs - The Other Side [listeners].
Maybe 'Gwendoline' will have a chance then...

Nova is by far the best. Sad Furst is out. :(
